The stand was a good up grade tom my bike, for a couple reasons. The first and most useful, lubing the chain. It also comes in handy when I, wash the bike and a must for rear tire change.
The stand tucks away nice when not in use. Nothing hanging down , or in the way. Deploying the stand is easy, just stand the bike up straight and step on the pedal. When the stand retracts, it’s nice and smooth and the rubber stop prevents any clanking or banging. Seems well thought out and built. Now with that said, I wan’t to add the skid plate to the bottom of the bike. But, it looks like it mounts to the same spot in the rear, as the center stand. Maybe longer bolts are the answer?
Installing the center stand was easy, in all it took me 45 minutes to an hour. That included time to lay out all the parts, get all the tools required, and read the instructions over a couple of times.

Installed without trouble. Have some grease on hand for the pivots and thread locker for the bolts as recommended. Attach the small spring first, then the larger. This stand lifts the bike easily.
