    I can not lie. The number one reason for this purchase was driven largely by the 20% off pricing. I am mounting the box on a 2014 KTM Duke 690. I purchased an SW-Motech Seat rack for the purpose of mounting a top as eventually. I really didn’t think the mounting though before either purchase. That being said the Twisted Crew (Alex), helped by sourcing the correct mounting kit for my specific scenario. This wasn’t a normal novice mount. I had to create a template to mark the holes needed to mount the topcase. See attached photos and video.

    Mounting procedures?

    This review is less about the product and more about a rant on how these manufacturers and online distributors have yet to make it clear about rack/luggage compatibility . I purchased this case, delivered in a timely manner. I spoke to 2 customer service members to make sure I had the appropriate hardware to mount on a Givi top rack on my bike. I was told by both members on separate occasions that I had everything I needed, and a fitment kit would be provided with case delivery. Nope! Apparently, my doubts were correct, no top plate to mount on the rack was included. So now, I have to call either TT or Givi directly to figure out what else I need to instal this case.
    I write this in hopes it’ll benefit anyone looking to purchase a luggage system and navigate the Needless obscure world of matching the luggage to the correct mounting system. It’s insane.
    Otherwise, the case looks great and exactly what I wanted.
