Local pickup hours:

• Monday through Friday, 10 am – 4 pm

To use local pickup:

1. Checkout on our website and select the free “Local Pickup” shipping option.
2. Once you place your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order is “IN PROCESS”. Please allow at least two hours for us to prepare your order.
3. When your order is ready for pick up, you’ll receive an email informing you that your order is “Ready for Pickup”.
4. Once you receive the email stating that your order is ready for pickup, come to our front Service entrance and ring the doorbell.
5. Optionally, if you’d like us to meet you at the curb when you arrive, call us at 855-255-5550 at least 15 minutes before your planned arrival to let us know you are coming and give us your make, license plate number and vehicle color.
6. Show us your photo ID and your order number, and we will bring out the order to you.

Twisted Throttle will cancel your order if not picked up within 7 calendar days from the date your order is ready for pickup.
For the safety of our staff and our customers during the COVID-19 epidemic, please wear a mask when picking up orders.
